West Side 4 Skinny Bitches Week 5 Day 1

Had Yoga on Tuesday, more relaxation based than last week which was nice, right hip was cramping up a bit & it’s been giving me grief since the box squats on Saturday but such is life.

 

This Morning

A)     DB Bench Press 4 x 12

B)      Lat Pulldown s/s with Band Pull Aparts  Facepulls 4 x 12

C)      DB Military Press 4 x 8

D)     DB Shrugs s/s with Hammer Curls 3 x 10 (8 reps for the Hammer curls, was using 10KG DB each hand, these were heavy)

Prowler + 30KGS – sprints and after each turn battle ropes , very little rest. All out for about 8 minutes.

Was really looking forward to a good conditioning element this morning but a PT in the gym was pretty much monopolising the track and ropes for his entire session with a client and had I stayed longer would have been late for work.
