West Side 4 Skinny Bitches Week 4 Day 2

This morning

A)     Bench ; 20 x 3×5, 22.5 x 2×3

B)      DB Floor Press: 6KG DB  2 x 15 

C)      DB Row (12KG) s/s with Facepulls  3 x 8

D)     DB Shrugs (10KG)  3 x 8 

E)      DB Curls 3 x 8 (Supersetted these with the shrugs to save time)

 

Prowler + 20KGS 10 runs (up and down = 1) in 6 minutes 

 

Training has been a bit abysmal lately, havent been sleeping well, hoping to just work around it and get back into the swing of things. Ive also decided to go back doing yoga. Did my first class in about 5 years on Tuesday this week. Was a real eye opener, my mobility is very very poor, shamefully had DOMS for two days afterwards. Hoping it will have a positive effect on my lifting. If I had one piece of advice to anyone starting out lifting it would be to take up yoga!!!
