Very happy with todays deadlifting, havent lifted anything that heavy in a while so to get one at 90% of my all time 1RM makes me feel like my strength is coming back. Funny coz i was so so unmotivated today. Sled was fun too!
Lovely atmosphere at training today, nice to have some training buddies cheering you on!
