WS4SB Week 3 day 1

 

A)     Vertical Jump…a few plus one fluffed box jump attempt*… 

B)      Step Ups w 6kg DBs each hand 2 x 8

C)      Romanian DLs 20kg 3 x 12

D)     DB Side Bends 4 x 10 e/s w 15KG Plate 

 

 

Prowler + 40KGs 10 pushes in 12 minutes

*there was a 12″ box there so decided to see if I could do a box jump. I can’t. Apparently it’s common to fluff them I still feel like a gigantic eejit though.
