WS4SB Week 2 Day 1

 

 Vertical Jump 5 sets of 3 jumps

Bulgarian Split Squats  BW 3 sets x 10 each side 

Romanian DLs w 16KG KB  3 x 12

16KG KB Side Bends 4 x 10 each side 

 

Did this workout from home, felt like an idiot doing the jumps. Don’t see the use in them atall. Have serious DOMS today. Tomorrow will not be pleasant.
