B) Lat Pulldown s/s with
Band Pull Aparts Facepulls 4 x 8
C) DB Military Press 4 x 8
D) DB Shrugs s/s with Hammer Curls 3 x 10
Prowler + 20KG x 6 Runs (1 run is length of track up and back 40ish meters???)
Had to improvise when I realised there were no mini bands in the gym for pull aparts. Also the DB Military press is surprisingly hard.
