Finally made it to cheat day(s) :p 

Dear Diet,

I cheated on you and it was gooooood.

There was bread, sausages, profiteroles, wedding cake, spring rolls, lasagna, more wedding cake and Chinese food. Loved all of it and I can’t wait to do it again.

Anyway, missed gym session this a.m due to crippling exhaustion and a very bad nights sleep. Back eating clean since yesterday, hoping the low carb 3 day hangover won’t be as severe this time. Have to say, feeling alot more human after a refeed and now the self imposed pressure is gone feel I can cope alot better with this. Even after two days of acting the maggot im still under 70KGS which is good (for me) so hoping to get to 65 hopefully by the end of the month!
