Misloaded the bar on the first set and knew straight away, luckily it was on my “strong” side so didnt dump the bar on my face. Bench is quite literally going nowhere, so if this is what an absolute lack of carbs does to my training, my head and my numbers I think I will happily make my peace with conditioning to see more steady progress.
