Ive hit the very low carb slump. Like clockwork. Head feels like it’s stuffed with cotton wool. No amount of water will make this subside. Couldn’t get out of bed this morning to squat with this headache and feeling like a puddle in general. Am also barely over the crippling hip/groin doms that came after Saturdays squat session. I suppose squatting 90% of your all time max (badly) will do that to you.
Food yesterday I think was about as good as you could hope for,
Breakfast: 70g Chicken Breast with 10 almonds, 1 cup of tea w l/f milk
Lunch: Small salad box of Sweetcorn, kidney beans, boiled egg, broccoli & roast chicken pieces & 1 cup of tea
Snack: 75g of peri chicken breast & 15/20g? of nuts
Dinner: 1 fillet of Seabass, 1 cup of sweet potato and steamed broccoli
Snack: 1 teaspoon of peanutbutter.
Browsing around the internet last night and found this, “is a bikini competitors diet going into a show… Example of clean eating” . laughed because it’s not a million miles away from what i’m eating most days, give or take. So I felt better for a little bit. Apart from the cups of tea, thats the only thing keeping me sane right now. I’m also nowhere near the body of a bikini competitor ! ha ha! I’m also terrible at gauging how many grams are in things and therefore trying to calculate my macros and kcals is just hopeless.
