Personal Bests

Came Across the file where I keep these saved. Haven’t tested these in a while so no idea what they would be like at the moment but at least these are a reminder of where I want to go and surpass

 

Deadlift: 80×1 (70x5rep pr)

Front Squat: 40 x 5

Back Squat: 60 x 2, (45×6 rep pr)

Bench: 27.5 x (3×5) 30 x 5 and 35x 1
