Lat Pulldown

Happy with today, don’t feel as weak as I did last week. I find that the Squat days are fairly time consuming so there’s not much left for anything else, was happy to throw the lat pulldowns in at the end.  Not too bothered, tomorrows session can be assistance and cardio based.
