Took yesterday off because I had a late night at work the day previous and wanted to just eat and rest up from the DOMS

This morning

One Arm DB Rows

10KG x 8 e/s x 3

Lat Pulldown

4th pin – 8 x 3

Squats

20KG x  5×3

25KG x 5×2

30KG X 5×1

No time for cardio or intervals this morning, didnt have my watch,phone and my ipod died and even then I knew I was short on time. Infact I was running very far behind.
