Another 6:45 a.m start. pretty happy with the food yesterday,
Breakfast / PWO : ON Vanilla Whey shake with 200ml of low fat milk & 15 almonds
11 a.m 1 regular cappuccino,
Lunch: 150gs of Turkey breast, sun ripened tomatos, a quater of an avacado, some cashews and a few raisins. 1 litre of water.
Dinner: Turkey with sweet potato, fresh spinach & cherry tomatoes.
