After a very long break from training I went back to the gym tonight. Was under instruction to have fun, so I did.
1 Arm DB Row 8 e/s w 10kg db x 5
Deadlift 50kg x 3×5
Tyre Flips x 28
Then watched a weightlifter pal do some stuff, no idea what he was doing but it looked heavy and he didnt look impressed but i was sitting on a couch.
All gyms should have couches.
