Week 4 Day 2 & 3

Havent been feeling great all week so had to double up again.

Squat
15×3,25×5,
*worksets*
37.5 x 5
42.5 x 5
47.5 x 5

Deadlift
47.5 x 5
55 x 5
62.5 x 5

Made all my reps again this week. Not a hope of getting anything above the required on those top sets, some real grinders in there.

Conor said the first set had a great line. Form deteriorated (imo) something shocking by that last set, one was high, right knee was tracking in alot on two or more,very noticeable to me on top set.
