Hip Rehab

Bench
20×5, *work sets* 22.5 x 5, 25×3, 30×2

Deadlift
40×5, 50×5 *work sets* 52.5 x 5, 60×3, 67.5 x 2

First phase completed with no drama so happy with that. Next phase should be interesting!
