Had to double up today with day two and three of this week due to some stuff that cropped up and meant I couldnt train.

Bench
22.5kg x 3, 25kg x 3, 27.5kg x 3
Deadlift
50kg x 3, 55kg x 3, 62.75kg x 5
Erg Sprints
30 seconds on with 60 secs rest x til I wanted to be sick i.e I lost count
Probably had one or two more on the bench if I had bothered to get a spot but due to work commitments next week il probably have to train tomorrow so took it handy.
