Bench 20×5 (almost dropped the bar on my face!) 25×5, 30×3, 35×1-PR!!
Deadlift 40×5, 50×5, 60×5, 70×5- Rep PR
Russian Twist 5kg x 10
Delighted with today, let out a massive Yesssssssss on the bench 35 and missed the second rep because of it! So dont care, deadlifts were solid, edit- didnt realise til later that the 70×5 was a rep pr of two, Conor & Dave said the deads were fast even though they didnt feel like that, but they never do sure!
