Usual warm up and hip rehab

Bench

20 x 5, 25 x 5. 27.5 x 5, 30 x 2

Deadlift

40 x 5, 50 x 5, 60 x 3, 65 x 1, 70 x 1, 75 x 1

DB Row

15KG DB 5 e/s x 3

Left it at that. Grand Session, probably could have pulled 77.5 or maybe even 80 but Conor said no. Have a video of the 75 but it’s on his phone so can’t get to it right now to upload it.
