Workout SDSC Saturday 27th October

Conor was taking class so I tipped over with him, and as it happens the girls were benching so I worked in.

 

Warm up: OH Squats, Reverse Lunges, Dislocates

Bench

15 x 5, 20 x 5, 25 x 5, 30 x 3* , 32.75 x 1- PB

Kroc Rows

12.5KG DB 15 x 3 e/s

Band Pull Aparts  15 x 3

Deadlift

Warmed up to my main work set which was 70 x 3, which was a previous rep PR for me so it was nice to equal that again.
