Hip Rehab

SLDL 15KG Bar 3 x 8 e/s

Squat…. 15 x 5, 25 x 5, 35 x 3, 45 x 3, 45 x 3

Press 15KG 5 x 5

Facepulls 13.75 pin 3×15

Still had DOMS from Saturday, and the lower back pump from the SLDLs didn’t help. Felt good to have a heavy bar on my back for the squats but my left hip is feeling a little sticky today. Heres hoping I haven’t pissed it off.
