Squat 15 x 5, 15 x 5, 25 x 3, 30 x 3

DB Row 14KG 3 x 6 (or 8 I cant remember) s/s with

DB Bench 10KG db each hand 3 x 8

Facepulls 13.75 pin 3 x 12
