Hip Rehab

Facepulls 13.5 pin 2 x 15

Leg Press 90KG 5 x 5 

DB Bench 10kg db 3 x 8

s/s with

DB Row 14KG db 3 x 8

Erg 100m x 5  28, 26, 27, 26, 25

 

Had what can only be described as a crunching feeling emanating from my hip on the first set of the leg press, however since there was no pain I kept going 😀 

Delighted to finally up the weight on the DB Row and DB Bench Press without compromising on reps. 

The next 12 weeks will be interesting….Bring it on!
