Hip Rehab

Bench 20 x 5, 25 x 5, 27.5 x 5 aaaand 30 x 5

Squat 15 x 5, 25 x 5, 30 x 5, 35 x3 and 45 x 3 (See video below for this)

Step Ups with 6kg db e/s 5 x 5

s/s with

SLDL 6kg db e/s 5 x5

Reverse Grip Bent over rows

25KG 3 x 8

Happy out with the Bench, the squats on the final set below were slow and my elbows are ridiculously high. Mostly happy that I can (FOR NOW) Squat twice a week. keeping the heavier sets to 3 reps in an avoidance to aggravate my hips and have them flare up again.
