Wild Geese Session

Went along to Wild Geese Training Facility just off Pearse St with the girls at lunchtime

Warm up

Cobra Push Ups, Superman, and other stuff I don’t know what it was called

First Half of a Turkish Get Up


as many each side for 5 minutes. First time ever doing these, not bad, but I have nearly lost all power in my arms now so I may be taking that statement back very soon.

Assisted Pull Ups x 3 followed by Push Ups x 5 two, maybe three rounds.

Lunge of “death” 90m round trip of lunges with two kbs in each hand, i had an 8 in one hand and a 6 in the other because there werent any other 8’s around so yer man said to do it that way. Charming.
