Kneeling Ab pulldown things- will have to revisit these coz i was doing a tricep pushdown or felt that way anyway
Facepulls 3 x 10

Erg 100m x 5
29, 26, 27,29,29

Couldnt understand why this session was sucking so bad, until i remembered that my nutrition for the day was a disgrace…as in i ate feck all and zero protein was had. Stupid isnt even the word. Needless to say, I rectified the situation after training and had a decent feed!
