A2. Bulgarian split squat: 6KG DB 3 x 5 e/s

B1. Press:  17.5 KG 3 x 5.
B2. Face pull: 3 x 12.

C. Prowler + 60KG

At a guess it’s 20 m in one trip (up and back) x 5
