A1. Step-ups: 2 x 5e/s
A2. Romanian DL: 2 x 5. 40KG

(couldnt get any drive or power out of my legs tonight so quit this to hit up the grid roller and do more stretching, lower back has been very tight since the workshop last week)

B. Bench Press: 5 x 5.  22.5KG

C: Erg 100m x 5 … 27, 25, 26, 25, 27

and yes… I hit the wall tonight :/
