Went to the Matt Wichlinski workshop in South Dublin Strength and Conditioning last night. Did loads of stuff, comprehensive joint mobility and flexibility, bodyweight strength progressions such as the base moves for learning how to planche, muscle up, lever and handstand. Then we did some Olympic weightlifting training, breaking down the moves needed to build up to a full snatch and a clean and jerk.
Everything aches today, but it was worth it! Four and a half hours just isnt enough! A week wouldnt be enough. There are some places left on Saturdays Workshop and I would really recommend it to anyone who is serious about their training, I laughed loads and I learned loads, what more could you ask for?!
