A2. Bulgarian split squat: 6KG DB 3 x 5 e/s

B1. Press:  17KG 3 x 5.
B2. Face pull: 3 x 15.

C1. Kettlebell Swings 16KG 3 x 10 C2. Plank 30 seconds, 60 seconds

 

D1. Forward Sled Drags: 50kg x 40m x 3, 75kg x 40m x 1.
D2. Backward Sled Drags: 50kg x 40m x 3, 75kg x 40m x 1.
D3. Two-person tyre flip: 200kg, 3 x 3.
D4. Sledgehammer strikes: 3 x 10/10.
