Workout Tuesday July 17th

A1. Step-ups: 5 x 5 each side. used 6KG DB in each hand
A2. Romanian DL: 4 x 5. 35KG

B. Bench Press: 5 x 5.  22.5KG (4th & 5th set flew up)

C1. Reverse-grip pulldown: 4 x 12.
C2. Pull-aparts: 3 x 15.

Prowler + 20KG

Not sure the distance but I did 6 or 8 runs.

Way too hot to be lifting heavy stuff tonight
