A2. Romanian DL: 4 x 5. worked up to 30KG

B. Bench Press: 5 x 5. worked up to 22.5KG

C1. Reverse-grip pulldown: 4 x 8.
C2. Pull-aparts: 3 x 12.

D. Erg sprints: 100m x 5 w/ 30 secs rest.
