Was sick witha bug for a couple of days.

South Dublin Strength and Conditioning

A1. One-leg DL with 6KG DB 3 x 8
A2. Bulgarian split squat: 3 x 5.

B1. Press:Β  16KG 3 x 5.
B2. Face pull: 3 x 15.

C. Plank, Side Plank, Ow.
