A1. Step-ups: 5 x 5 each side. 8KG DB
A2. Romanian DL: 4 x 5. 20KG and 30KG

B. Bench Press: 5 x 5. 20KG

C1. Reverse-grip pulldown: 4 x 8. 12.5KG Plate loaded
C2. Pull-aparts: 3 x 12. – Substituted these with facepulls as no mini bands around (5th pin)

D. Erg sprints: 100m x 5 w/ 30 secs rest.
