Workout Saturday June 23rd

A1. One-leg DL: 3 x 8
A2. Bulgarian split squat: 3 x 5.

B1. Press: 3 x 5.
B2. Face pull: 3 x 15.

C. Rollouts x 10.

Had Physio yesterday. Prescribed no more squats until my hip is mended, or at least a hell of a lot less inflamed than it is now. Psoas much sadness.
