Workout Monday May 14th

Picked possibly the worst time to go to the gym, right when all the scrotes from the local school have invaded. 4pm. Not an available squat rack in sight. Completely ad libbed this entire workout, its not on my program which isnt great but it’s better than doing nothing I guess.

30KG x10, x10  with the place being so busy I couldnt be arsed walking around looking for 20KG plates

Bicep Curl 8KG x5, x5, x3, x3


20KG x 10, 20KG x 10, 22.5KG x 6, x 6, 27.5 x6, x6

KB Swings 12KG KB x15, x15, x15, x15

Russian Twist w 10KG Plate x5, x5, x5, x5
