Workout Saturday April 28th

Was in Galway so found a gym and got busy

Crosstrainer- WarmUp 5 minutes

Facepulls x12, x12

Bench 20×8, 20×8, 25×5, 25×5, 25×5

Leg press, not sure what the pre selected pins numbers were but I started at 45 something and worked up to 85 something for reps of ten

DB Row 12KG DB x10 e/s x 4

DB Goblet Squat and DB Swings w 10kg DB few rounds…

Most entertaining part of that session was possibly seeing some numpty putting a weightlifting belt on (and already wearing gloves) to incline db press 23kg dbs….
