SI Joint / hip was painful tonight so spent some quality time with the hockey ball and foam roller.

Bad leg managed about 3 reps ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
Wasnt really feeling it tonight, ran into physio and she confirmed my method of not pushing it when my hip is tight/sore and to go with it when its good. Will have a check up in a few weeks to see if my rehab is progressing the way it should.
